🌟 Highlights from Today’s 224th Sarcoma Support Group Meeting! 🌟
We had an incredibly inspiring session today with our guest speaker, Mrs. Seema Gupta, who shared her journey with Epitheloid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE)—which she now refers to as “Enforce Harmony Everywhere.” She reminded us that changing the way we think about our challenges can make a world of difference.
Mrs. Gupta discussed how she started practicing positive affirmations and gratitude, which brought about amazing changes in her life and health. She saw improvements in her side effects, including her hand-foot syndrome, and even experienced the regrowth of her eyebrows.
Mrs. Gupta also stressed the importance of venting out emotions through activities like Zumba, which she enjoys. During the session, she shared a motivational story, emphasizing that cultivating a habit of thankfulness can change our outlook and situations for the better.
She also highlighted the power of affirmations, explaining that writing them down can help maintain a positive mindset. Her side effects diminished after she adopted these practices, allowing her to enjoy life to the fullest.
Some key takeaways from her talk include:
– Complaining depletes energy while gratitude uplifts the spirit.
– “Like attracts like”—Worry attracts more worry, while joy attracts more joy.
– Affirming that you are hale and hearty can lead to real improvements, as even the universe recognizes your positivity.
– Belief systems are powerful; having a strong one is essential.
– Embracing life with great zeal can help navigate even the toughest challenges.
Let’s continue to practice gratitude and affirmations daily. Remember, to change your life, you must first change your thoughts.
